We collect account identity, business requirements, workspace membership, proposals, billing records, private files, support conversations and security events to deliver and protect the service.
Access and service providers
Records are restricted to authorised workspace members and KERN staff. Hosting, storage and transactional email providers process information needed to provide the service. Private uploads are not part of the public website.
Retention, requests and cookies
We retain operational and billing records for service and applicable record-keeping needs. Request access, correction or a retention review through your account ticket. Essential session cookies support login; theme preference is stored locally. Optional analytics will require a separate deployment review.
