Service terms

Scope and payment
Each subscription covers one product, with custom development based on your brand and business workflow. The approved initial build carries no separate development fee. The versioned proposal specifies functions, design, pages, languages, data volumes, integrations, deliverables, exclusions, infrastructure limits, payment cadence, fees, schedule and acceptance criteria. Owner approval precedes invoicing; verified payment precedes development. Uploading payment proof is not settlement. Oversized builds and complex integrations receive an Enterprise proposal.
Subscription and commitment
Paid subscriptions have a 12-month commitment starting at the first verified payment. Current fees: Basic HK$188/month (12-month total HK$2,256); annual upfront HK$1,888 · Pro HK$288/month (12-month total HK$3,456); annual upfront HK$2,888 · Premium HK$358/month (12-month total HK$4,296). Basic and Pro offer annual payment; Premium is monthly only. Annual fees are paid in full for twelve months. Each price is a base subscription fee, excluding third-party charges. Existing approved contracts retain their agreed pricing and allowances until an approved change. Enterprise is quoted.
Design, environments and maintenance
Basic includes basic brand design, a production environment and temporary acceptance previews. Pro and Premium include custom UI/UX for the brand and workflow, production and staging environments, analytics and basic SEO. All paid plans include hosting within agreed limits, backups, security updates and verified defect fixes. Domains, AI used by the product, messaging, payment processing and other third-party services are separate. Work or usage beyond the approved scope is assessed and priced before proceeding.
Changes and acceptance
Basic includes two changes across the product service period; Pro includes two and Premium three per billing month. A change is one bounded outcome agreed in advance. Multiple requests in one message do not automatically count as one. Submitting a request uses no allowance; owner approval of the reviewed scope reserves a slot, and explicit acceptance consumes it once. Initial builds and verified defects are exempt. Reservations stay in their original billing month; other unused monthly allowance expires. Cancellation before work starts releases a reservation; started work requires review. Basic does not reset on renewal or recreation of the same product. Annual payment does not pool monthly quotas: Pro still receives two changes per billing month, measured from the first verified payment. Silence never counts as acceptance.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions continue month to month after the commitment. Annual renewal arrangements are recorded in the service agreement and confirmed before a new annual invoice is issued. There is no automatic switch from annual to monthly billing. Notice periods, early termination settlement and any support arrangements are specified in the formal service agreement. Overdue payment, suspension and cancellation require an administrator decision, with no automatic shutdown, penalty or deletion.
Release and handover
Production release requires explicit acceptance of the exact delivered version and scope. After completing the commitment and settling invoices, eligible source code and data can be handed over under the agreement, excluding secrets, shared infrastructure and other clients’ information. The approved agreement records the handover scope and support arrangements.
