A process, considered.
Attendees register and pay in a four-step wizard; the organising team verifies payment proof, issues a QR badge and a PDF receipt, and on the day helpers check people in from their phones. Two helpers scanning the same badge cannot both check it in. The guard is an atomic database update, not a hope. Nothing about a particular event is compiled in: name, dates, venue, tickets, prices and payment routes are all settings.
