KEFRÉ
Invite-only street-luxury storefront. Every piece is cut in a run of fifty and stamped with its own number at checkout.

A process, considered.
A storefront that had to feel scarce, not busy. Pieces are cut in runs of fifty; checkout claims one out of the run and stamps it with the next number, so the buyer receives No. 12 of 50 and nobody else can. A size that closes opens a waitlist instead of a sold-out sign. Behind the shop sits a house console for the atelier: runs, invites, orders, waitlists.
